PLANNED GIVING

Please consider donating to the Pine Grove Cemetery Association to cover maintenance fees and annual costs for keeping our Cemetery a valuable burial venue and historic treasure. Our operating, long-term care investment and endowment accounts are outlined below. Thank you for your generous contribution!

  • OPERATING ACCOUNT: Pine Grove Cemetery is fortunate to receive ongoing public contributions which maintain the beauty and care of the property, including lawn mowing, clean up, poison ivy & bramble removal,. We also send out a year-end Annual Appeal requesting renewal contributions. We always welcome contributions to continue improvements and maintain the grounds.

  • LONG TERM CARE INVESTMENT ACCOUNT: Managed by a local bank, our long-term investment account covers headstone repair, cleaning, recovery, tree planting, fence installation, etc.

  • ENDOWMENT ACCOUNT: The Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation manages our endowment, the Pine Grove Cemetery Fund, where donors can easily contribute by way of the community foundation with testamentary gifts and other estate planning instruments to provide for long term care and maintenance of the cemetery in perpetuity. Charitable gifting through Estate Planning is another way that generous donors can support Pine Grove Cemetery.
